Swann

The brief was a premium cinema space and Tuscan stone wine cellar, with each room separated by a secret door accessible only with RFI equipment. Thoughtful material selection was paramount on this project, and for the wine cellar we chose to go with rusticated veneer, solid oak veneer, black steel, and archant Wovenpanel, accentuated by the custom-made hand hammered copper sink.

We crafted the wall panelling around the cinema and the stairwell, with the key alignments of the batons dictated by the position of the secret door into the wine cellar. All fixings were hidden, and the detailing, such as inbuilt phone chargers and cupholders in the cinema’s Recon Walnut side tables, ensured a premium high-quality finish.
